Frequently asked questions

About the app and about proxy Hajj

How do I know the proxy actually performed the rites?

Through three layers of documentation: live geographic tracking showing the proxy's position at each site; the photos, videos and live streams they send from Arafat, Muzdalifah, Mina and the Haram; and the report of the supervisory committee accompanying the group. The full archive stays in your account after the season ends.

Is the app free?

Downloading and using the app is entirely free on Android and iOS. You only pay the service fee when booking a proxy Hajj or Umrah.

How is the proxy pilgrim chosen?

You choose. Once your booking is confirmed you are shown the available proxies with their biographies, qualifications, endorsements and previous subscriber ratings, and you pick whoever you are most comfortable with.

When is my booking confirmed?

Within one week of payment at most, to allow the transfer or fee to clear. You receive a notification as soon as it is confirmed.

Can I contact the proxy directly?

Yes — through text chat, voice notes and in-app calls (recorded and stored in the booking archive). Photos, videos and live streams are sent by the proxy only, to protect both parties' privacy.

What if the rites cannot be completed due to an emergency?

The administration immediately reassigns the pilgrimage to a reserve proxy from the same group and notifies you within hours. If that is not possible, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next season, whichever you prefer.

What payment methods are available?

Credit card, bank transfer, or cash at the foundation's branches and its accredited agents worldwide.
