About Shubrumah Foundation
Shubrumah is a dedicated digital platform — the first of its kind in the world — organising proxy Hajj and Umrah and making the service safe, trustworthy and fully documented in line with Islamic rulings.
Why the name Shubrumah?
Ibn Abbas reported that the Prophet ﷺ heard a man say: "Labbayk on behalf of Shubrumah." He asked: "Who is Shubrumah?" The man said: "A brother of mine" — or "a relative." He asked: "Have you performed Hajj for yourself?" He said no. The Prophet ﷺ said: "Perform Hajj for yourself, then perform it for Shubrumah." The name became shorthand for valid proxy pilgrimage and its conditions.

Anyone seeking proxy Hajj for themselves, for a deceased person or for another registers with the foundation.

Pay the service fee
By credit card, bank transfer, or through our branches and authorised agents.
- Step 4
Booking confirmed by Shubrumah
Confirmation is issued within one week at most, allowing time for the transfer to clear.
- Step 5
Choose your proxy pilgrim
Pick from a list carrying each proxy's full profile, biography and endorsements.
- Step 6
Follow the proxy pilgrim in real time
Direct voice and video contact throughout the rites, with everything documented and stored in the app.
- Step 7
Receive the certificate of completion
The "Proof of Completion of Proxy Hajj" certificate reaches you with its supporting documents.
Organisation and oversight
The Hajj office accredited by Shubrumah and the competent authorities manages the Shubrumah proxy group's performance of the rites through official channels, alongside a supervisory committee that oversees performance and documents each stage of the pilgrimage.
Operating notes
- Proxy pilgrim profiles are added to the app by the administration after vetting and endorsement.
- The details of selected proxy pilgrims are passed to the Shubrumah proxy-group administration.
- The accredited Hajj office runs the group's performance of the rites entirely through official channels.
- A supervisory committee oversees performance and documents each stage for the proxy group.
